Gamestop Listing Reveals Integrated Motion Plus Wii Remote

A now-delisted Gamestop entry for FlingSmash on the Wii seemed to slip the existence of a Wii Remote integrating the Motion Plus technology, foregoing the need for a separate dongle. According to the box art, the Wii Remote doesn’t look much different aside from a bit of curved text around the Wii logo at the bottom.
As evidenced by Wii Play, bundling games with controllers is an incredibly popular sales tactic. Bundling a game with a Wii Remote that also includes a Motion Plus would make an even more powerful retail sales argument.
Gamestop’s pulling of the listing lends a bit of credence to the accidental slip, but of course nothing is official until its announced. We’ll know for sure before FlingSmash releases on November 7.
