ESRB Rates You Don’t Know Jack

The ESRB issued a Teen rating for You Don’t Know Jack for the Wii, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3 today, potentially slipping news of a console iteration of the popular PC quiz game before any official announcement is made.
The rating certainly sounds like a YDJK game, citing “Crude Humor, Drug Reference, Language, Mild Blood, Sexual Themes.” The similarities don’t stop there:
“This is a trivia game in which players answer questions from a variety of pop culture topics and subjects. The questions are presented by an off-screen host named who makes frequent jokes and irreverent comments… The ending credits contain audio commercials of fictitious TV reality programs.”
As a longtime fan of the game, I’ve often wondered why its remained dormant for so long. Perhaps this signals a return to form for the meandering game.
