Four New Races in Star Wars: The Old Republic

While The Old Republic still doesn’t have a release date, it’s getting more impressive by the day. Bioware has announced that all player classes will have non-human options and revealed four new races that we haven’t been able to play as before.
For those who loved Darth Maul, his race of Zabraks has made it into the game. If you play as them, you have to be angry the whole time and not say anything that doesn’t pertain to revenge.

Also lovers of face tattoos, the green Mirialans are ready to get their force on. They seem to be the opposite of the Zabraks and are a Jedi oriented race that is patient and just.

The Miraluka are the blind samurai of the game. With their homeworld swathed in darkness, the Miraluka use the force to “see” the world around them. For some reason, they still have eye sockets…

Finally, if you’ve ever wondered what an actual Sith looks like, wonder no longer. Direct descendants of the ancient race are playable as Sith Truebloods. An agressive race of wariors, combat will be your focus with this race as your avatar.
It still looks like Star Wars: The Old Republic will be out next Spring, but no confirmed date has been announced.
